The online store ls-diesel.com is operated by the company LS-DIESEL SERHII LEVADA, ul. Wolanowska 135B, 26-600 Radom, Poland, VAT ID: PL7963031877.
The business activity is conducted in Radom at ul. Wolanowska 135B, 26-601 Radom.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store as well as the terms and procedure for concluding distance sales contracts with the Customer via the Store.

1. Placing orders

1. Orders from Customers are accepted via the website, by phone at +48 570 447 521 or via email at sklep.lsdiesel@gmail.com
2. Placing an order via the website:
a) The order is placed by selecting the Goods using the "add to cart" button.
b) In the Order, the User should specify:
– the type and quantity of the Goods ordered;
– the chosen payment method;
– the chosen delivery method;
– the address to which the ordered Goods are to be delivered;
– invoicing details (company name, address, Tax Identification Number) if the User wishes to receive an invoice
3. Orders can be placed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
4. Order processing begins immediately after it is received by the Store. Order processing time depends on the availability of the goods in our warehouse. The goods are shipped the same day if they are available in our warehouse and the order is placed by 12:00 noon on business days. If the item is ordered after this time, it will be shipped the next business day if it is in stock.
The customer can purchase items available on the store's website. However, if the item is unavailable, the customer will be notified and the order will be canceled.

2. Deposit

1. We add a deposit to every remanufactured injector/pump/unit injector.
2. The deposit is refundable upon return of the old injectors/pump/unit injectors to us within 30 days.
3. The old part that the customer returns should have the same part number as the purchased one.

3. Prices and delivery of goods

1. All product prices listed on the Store's website are gross, i.e., inclusive of VAT. The price binding on the customer is the price listed for the product at the time of ordering.
2. Delivery of ordered goods is available within Poland and abroad.
3. The cost of delivery is borne by the Buyer. Shipping costs are displayed when selecting the delivery option and in the order summary.
4. Delivery of goods will take place in the manner selected by the Customer and specified in the order.
5. We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays if the address provided in the order is incorrect or inaccurate.

4. Withdrawal from the sales contract

1. Pursuant to Art. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), Users who are Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance Sales Agreement (resign from the purchase of the Goods) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the Goods.
2. The returned Goods must be accompanied by a goods return form (withdrawal from the agreement) and a purchase document, i.e. an invoice or receipt.
3. The shipping costs of the returned Product are borne by the Buyer .

5. Warranty

1. We provide a one-year warranty on injectors from the invoice date.
2. We guarantee the smooth operation of the product provided it is used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the recommendations contained in the installation requirements.
3. The injectors must be installed by a mechanic specialized and qualified in the installation of this type of injectors in machines or cars, taking into account the principles arising from the properties of the given type of pump and engine.
4. The warranty does not apply if:
• The engine to which the injectors are installed is in poor technical condition.
• There has been mechanical damage to the injector components.
• Silicone or hoses that are not resistant to diesel fuel were used to seal the fuel system components.
• The pump was operated without fuel.
• The injectors were operated contrary to the installation instructions on the back.
• The injectors were operated improperly (irregular oil, oil filter, fuel filter changes, poor oil and fuel quality, dirt or filings in the fuel system, as well as attempts to repair and adjust the injectors yourself).
• Modifications were made to the vehicle that changed basic operating parameters or the injection system map was changed.
• Self-repair or disassembly was performed.

6. Complaint

1. The Seller is obligated to deliver defect-free goods to the Customer.
2. If the goods purchased from the Seller are defective, the Customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code regarding warranty.
3. Complaints can be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address: sklep.lsdiesel@gmail.com or by post to the following address: LS-DIESEL SERHII LEVADA, ul. Wolanowska 135B, 26-601 Radom.
4. The basis for considering a complaint is confirmation of the purchase of the goods in the online store ls-diesel.com. Proof of purchase, i.e. an invoice or receipt, must be presented.
5. The customer must deliver the complained product to the place of purchase/service at their own expense.

6. The warranty processing time is a maximum of 14 business days from the date of delivery of the injectors to the company's headquarters in Radom.
