Warranty and complaint terms
LS-DIESEL SERHII LEVADA, Radom 26-601, Wolanowska 135B, Polska, NIP: PL7963031877, provides a one-year start-up warranty on used injectors from the invoice date. The company guarantees the proper operation of the product provided it is used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the installation recommendations contained below.
The customer must deliver the product being complained about to the place of purchase/service at their own expense. The warranty also does not cover the customer's costs of installing and removing the injectors. When submitting a part for warranty, proof of purchase (i.e., receipt/invoice) must be presented.
The warranty processing time is a maximum of 14 business days from the date of delivery of the injectors to the company's headquarters in Radom.
The warranty covers the repair or replacement of injectors deemed faulty after their return to the LS-DIESEL SERHII headquarters.
A necessary condition is that the injectors be installed by a mechanic specialized and qualified in the installation of this type of injectors in machines or cars, taking into account the principles resulting from the properties of a given type of pump and engine.
The proof of the injector's efficiency is a printout from the test table.
The warranty does not apply if:
- The engine to which the injectors were installed is in poor technical condition.
- Mechanical damage to the injector components occurred.
- Silicone was used to seal the fuel system components or hoses that were not resistant to diesel fuel were used.
- The pump was operating without fuel present.
- The injectors were operated contrary to the installation instructions on the reverse.
- The injectors were operated improperly (irregular replacement of oil, oil filter, fuel filter, poor quality of oil and fuel, presence of dirt or filings in the fuel system, as well as attempts to repair and adjust the injectors yourself).
- The car has had modifications made that have changed the basic operating parameters or the injection system map has been changed.
- Self-repair was done, disassembly was done on one's own.

Installation requirements for an engine-mounted injector.
- Injectors should be installed in the engine only by a mechanic specialized and qualified in the installation of this type of pumps/injectors in machines or cars, taking into account the principles resulting from the properties of the given type of pump and engine.
- Before starting the engine, it is essential to change the fuel filter. Only brand-name filters such as BOSCH, MANN, Knecht, and original vehicle manufacturers are permitted.
- Before installing an injector into the engine, it is essential to clean the cylinder head seats, clean the sediment bowl, clean the water separator, clean the filter housing or holder, and clean the fuel heater in the fuel tank. The sealing surfaces of the thermal washers must be in good condition.
- Make sure the fuel system is purged of air and free of dirt or debris.
- Make sure the old thermal washers have been removed. Install new washers (does not apply to cone-sealed injectors).
- The injector mounting brackets/bolts should be tightened to the appropriate torque and/or angle, as specified in the technology. If required, the mounting bolts should be replaced with new ones.
- Connect all electrical connections, check their presence and the condition of the electrical connector seals.
- The fuel system should be filled with diesel fuel that meets applicable standards.
- Delete any errors from the engine controller memory, if new codes have been assigned, enter them on the printout.
Failure to comply with the above notes may result in voiding the warranty.
